Excellent service from Ben @ Brookman Plumbing & Heating - for boiler service, power flush of the whole system and fitting Hive device. I've found Ben and Chris on Checkstrade as needed a new boiler installed.
I can recommand then from the bottom of my heart, communication was excellent,  Ben came over and almost instantly gave me a quote and at the agreed date job was done.
Chris also a very hard working man, explained everything which I needed after the installation of the new boiler and give me advice.

The whole process of fitting a new boiler from start to finish has been very straightforward and managed extremely well with minimal disruption. I am a residential landlord. Ben Brookman carried out a gas safety inspection at one of my properties which revealed a carbon monoxide leak. I asked Brookman Plumbing & Heating to install a new boiler which did within 4 days of the inspection, going out of their way to do this at short notice. Furthermore, they picked up a problem with the carbon monoxide detector and replaced it as part of the job. Well done to this firm for sorting out my problem with the minimum of stress to both myself and my tenant. Excellent communication throughout the job. Very quick service when my boiler stopped working. Chris quickly replaced it with a new one at a very reasonable cost. His work was very high quality and cleaned up after he finished taking all the boxes and wrappings - and the old boiler with him.

Fantastic tradesman! Found Ben on Checkatrade and was not disappointed. Boiler needed replacing and Ben duly came out, inspected, made the call to Worcester to order the part and then let me down gently when stating they no longer made parts for the boiler! He also advised me that the current boiler wasn’t sufficient for the house so recommended an upgrade at the same price! Even when I said that we was going to struggle to find the full amount outright, Ben signed up with a financial company that enabled us to pay monthly, a much more affordable route. While Ben was here, he talked us through absolutely everything and even got us involved in repressurising the system after flushing and bleeding the rads.
